I design learning that solves real performance problems — grounded in ADDIE, driven by evidence, built to be measured. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
A full ADDIE instructional design responding to Puerto Rico's Family First Prevention Services Act mandate. Seven modules, 28 measurable objectives, Spanish eLearning storyboard, and Kirkpatrick Four-Level evaluation — all built before a single slide went to development.
Four-module SBL course with three-option branching and downloadable learner artifact.
Full ADDIE, 7 performance gaps, Articulate 360 blueprint, 11 deliverables.
The live Rise 360 output of the Lead Teacher Onboarding ADDIE process.
30-slide interactive eLearning in Spanish with knowledge checks.
Conducted a ground-up needs analysis in an environment with no existing onboarding structure, surfaced 7 distinct performance gaps, and designed a complete ADDIE-based training program to address them.
Served as Curriculum Director and sole instructional designer across a multi-campus organization — leading curriculum alignment while independently designing and producing a full scenario-based eLearning program.
Supported implementation of the Family First Prevention Services Act across Puerto Rico — direct policy and compliance work that later informed the instructional design of the ADFAN Trauma-Informed Practice Training program.
I've volunteered my instructional design skills with faith-based organizations and animal welfare causes. The work involved real deliverables: onboarding systems, training pathways, and behavior guidance frameworks for organizations running on limited resources. I'm open to doing more of this. If your organization could use an instructional designer, I'd love to hear from you.
Designed volunteer onboarding systems for church ministries, including modular eLearning for ushers, children's ministry, and outreach teams. Covered expectations, safeguarding policies, and communication norms. Also developed leadership training for small group leaders and ministry coordinators covering coaching skills, conflict resolution, and facilitation techniques.
Built volunteer training and certification pathways for animal shelters covering safe handling, shelter protocols, and bite prevention. Designed adoption counselor training focused on matching skills and expectation-setting, plus foster parent onboarding covering behavior monitoring and transition planning.
If your organization works in any of these areas and could use an instructional designer, reach out. I'm happy to help.
Open to instructional design and L&D roles — full-time or contract. If you're building something that needs to actually change behavior, I'd love to hear about it.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia. Open to remote and hybrid roles.
